Neighbors Working Together In Sioux Falls

Bookmark and Share

The thick coating of ice is now covered with inches of heavy, wet snow, toppling trees and power lines and leaving many people in Sioux Falls with quite a mess.

On Van Eps Avenue near Austin Street in Sioux Falls, toppled trees block the streets and sidewalks, and many neighbors are working together to clear a paths.

Cameron Schave spent the day on his four wheeler working around his neighborhood trying to push away large tree limbs and branches.

Some proved to be more difficult than others, but he says he's just doing whatever he can to help out.

Plows working on Van Eps Avenue couldn't even clear the street. They had to turn at Austin Street because fallen trees completely block the road.
