Storm Totals...

After several days of unsettled and treacherous weather… the storm that’s been plaguing us is winding down.  It’s been one for the record books with daily precipitation records falling across the area and is even responsible for the single largest snow storm in Rapid City history.  Below is a look at the totals snow and ice along with liquid totals for the month so far showing just how much precipitation we have seen already in the first 11 days of April.  You will also see the current drought monitor which has lost the exceptional drought across almost the entire I-90 corridor.  We are far from out of the woods, but it’s a good start.
