Sunday Snowfall Totals

Bookmark and Share

While it has been a fairly quiet day across parts of the southeast, it has been anything but that across the north as a very slow moving system managed to dump quite a bit of snow. One of the hardest hit locations was Mobridge and the Campbell County area where over a foot of snow was reported throughout the county.

On top of the snow, ice was an issue in places like Watertown and Clear Lake where multiple reports of power outages have been coming in.

Here’s a list of some of the most updated snow totals we have received at KDLT with the highest amounts being reported in areas between Aberdeen and Mobridge. Also, you may find ice accumulation totals underneath the snow totals.

As we go into the first of the week, it looks fairly quiet, but only briefly. Another system looks to be passing through to the south bringing another shot of some significant snowfall accumulation sometime Wednesday and Thursday. Of course, keep it here on KDLT and KDLT.com for more updates on this active spring weather.
