2nd Suspect In Boston Bombing In Custody

A 19-year-old college student wanted in the Boston Marathon bombings is in custody after a manhunt that left the city virtually paralyzed and his older brother and accomplice dead.
Police announce via Twitter that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev had been captured.
His brother, 26-year-old Tamerlan, was killed hours earlier in a furious attempt to escape police.
In the neighborhood where the bombing suspect was captured, residents excitedly clapped and congratulatde police.
The mayor of Boston tweeted, "We got him!" And at the home of the New York Mets, fans leap to their feet.
Celebrations erupted in Boston and beyond as the capture of the remaining marathon bombing suspect was announced in a tweet from police.
