SIOUX FALLS, S.D. --  The Sioux Falls Storm extended their home win streak in dramatic fashion.  After giving up a 45-yard touchdown to the Colorado Ice with just one second left in the fourth, the Storm stopped a game-tying two point conversion attempt to secure their 28th straight win at the Sioux Falls Arena, 45-43.

It is the Storm's third straight win (5-2) of the season.  Their last loss was a 37-33 setback to Colorado (5-2) on March 24th. 

The game was tight throughout, featuring two ties and two lead changes in the first half.  The Storm led 24-20 at the break. 

In the second half the Storm never led by more than nine, seeing the Ice draw to with in one or two points four times.  Down 45-37 the Ice got a desparation 45-yard touchdown pass from Willie Copeland to Rashad Mason, pulling to within two points with just one second left.

The Storm visit Chicago next Saturday at 6:05 PM.
