Authorities say a former South Dakota man has been indicted in Chicago on two counts of murder.
Police believe that 29-year-old Daniel Neasom pushed 39-year-old Cynthia Barnes out of the window of his third-story apartment on the city's south side in July 2011.
The second charge was filed because Barnes was reportedly stabbed during the altercation.
Neasom was living with a family member in Aberdeen when he was arrested after authorities received a warrant from Cook County.
Neasom is scheduled to be arraigned Monday.
