Gas Prices On The Rise

The Minneapolis Star Tribune reports gas is selling for $4.25 a gallon at some stations in the Twin Cities Tuesday.
Others have bumped up their prices to $4.19 a gallon.
Southern Minnesota isn't so bad.
Tuesday in Luverne KDLT found gas selling for$ 3.94 a gallon.
Meanwhile in South Dakota just in the past week gas prices have gone up almost 20 cents a gallon according to AAA.
The average price of a gallon of regular gas in South Dakota is $3.61.
That's above the national average which is at $3.58 a gallon.
In Minnesota the average is $3.85 which is one of the highest in the country.
Experts blame the temporary shutdown of two refineries in the Chicago area that supply a lot of gas to the upper Midwest.
