Gerry & Washington Glide To AA Title

Bookmark and Share

SIOUX FALLS, S.D.  --  Nate Gerry went out with a bang in his final track meet.

The Washington senior, who will give up track to play football at Nebraska next season, won the 100 & 200 meter dash and anchored the Warriors' 4x200 meter relay victory.  Those efforts helped Washington coast to the boy's team title with 138 points.  Roosevelt came in second with 102.60.

Aberdeen Central won their first ever girl's team title.
