Former Skyforce coach Dave Joerger was introduced as the new head coach of the Memphis Grizzlies today. He's excited about the chance to coach an NBA team, citing the fact that he's won several titles including 2005 with Sioux Falls in the CBA. Joerger signed a 4-year contract with the Grizzlies. It was a popular choice with the players. Joerger is credited with developing the "Grit and Grind" defensive philosophy that helped the Grizzlies reach the Western Conference Finals.
