SIOUX FALLS, S.D. --
After going 16-24 for 182 yards and four touchdowns, Storm quarterback Terrance Bryant was named United Bowl MVP. Bryant won his fifth championship with the Storm in Sioux Falls' 43-40 win over Nebraska.
Humble as always, Bryant shared the spotlight afterwards, bringing his entire offensive line to the podium to help him accept his MVP award.
After winning four titles with the Storm from 2005-2008, the 36-year old came out of a two year retirement in April with one objective.
"It's great man. You know, that's why I came back. You know, I ain't come back just to win some games, I came back to win a championship and we did it tonight." Bryant said.
"Terrance Bryant has a sense for the dramatic. And this is his type of championship game and I don't know how we always come out on top but, you know, I'm happy for him and if he chooses to hang it up, you know, he can hang it up going out on top." Storm Owner Todd Tryon said.
