Sioux Falls city leaders gave folks the opportunity to learn more about how one repaving project in Sioux Falls will improve the quality of life for those who use the road daily.
Monday afternoon crews were hard at work repaving Marion Road near the 34th Street north intersection. The project consists of a three mile stretch of road from Maple to 60th Street north.
Around 3,000 commuters use that road on a daily basis.
City leaders say the road was rough, but in a few days commuters will be driving on a brand new smooth road. This road project is set to be completed July 23rd.
