Man In Hospital After Metal Pipe Assault

One man is in critical condition with life threatening injuries after an early morning assault in Sioux Falls.
Two men had a dispute over money near 12th Street and Prairie Avenue around 1:30 on Thursday morning. After the dispute, the suspect left and returned with a metal pipe. He struck the 25-year-old victim in the head and left the scene.
Emergency crews found the victim unconscious with serious head injuries. The victim was taken to a hospital in critical condition with life-threatening injuries.
On Thursday afternoon, an arrest warrant was issued for 32-year-old Nicholas Harris Long Crow of Sioux Falls. Long Crow was charged with four counts of Aggravated Assault.
