Some new additions were added to the outside of Scheel's in Sioux Falls this morning.
Two “twice life-sized” bronze statues of a bicyclist and a hunter will now greet visitors at the entrance of Scheels in Sioux Falls.
The handcrafted statues, created by the Lundeen brothers out of Loven, Colorado, take about 6 months to make and weigh in at around 2,000 pounds each.
Scheel's says the statues are the perfect representations of two popular outdoor activities in South Dakota.
Two other statues, a snow boarder and a fly fisherman, greet visitors at other Scheels' stores across the Midwest.
