Long Lines wireless announced on Thursday that it has agreed to sell its wireless network assets and move its current customers to AT&T Mobility.
According to a release from Long Lines to KDLT, once the sale is complete, Long Lines Wireless customers will be able to choose from service plans and phones offered by AT&T. Before the sale, Long Lines says that no services will change.
The sale is expected to be completed during the fourth quarter of 2013 or first quarter of 2014 following FCC approval.
