SF Church Hosts Free Rummage Sale

Bookmark and Share

A Sioux Falls church is hosting a big rummage sale this weekend, but you don't have to bring any money if you want to take something home.

It's taking place at Messiah New Hope Lutheran Church. Church leaders say clothes, furniture, and many other items will be available for free. All of the items are donated.

Everyone, from large families to college students is invited to attend.

"We have people in our neighborhood that we will struggle to meet there basic daily needs and this is one way that we have identified that we could be of assistance," said Mission Team Chair Carol Dreke."

This is the third year for the event. It runs from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday.

The church is on East Madison Street between North Sycamore Avenue and Powder House Road.
