Kastigar Sets More Records At State

BROOKINGS, S.D. --  Unseasonably cool weather closed most pools throughout South Dakota except at the state meet in Brookings.

That's bad news if you had to go against record setting Aberdeen swimmer Hannah Kastigar who regularly closes out most any race she's in.

After smashing several marks over the weekend, Kastigar won the 200 Meter Butterfly (13-And-Over Division) in a meet record time of 2:22.97.

In other action, another Aberdeen standout, Gracie Traphagen, wins the 50 Meter Backstroke in 45:06 (8-And-Under Division).

On the boys side, Sioux Falls Snowfox standout Chris Angerhofer edges the field in the 200 Meter Butterfly (13-And-Up Division) to win in 2:18.69
