Two men are dead after being hit by a train in southern Iowa.
Osceola Police Chief Marty Duffus says that officials are looking into why the men were on the tracks in a residential area of Osceola early Saturday morning.
Duffus says the engineer of the BNSF train called 911 around 5 a.m. Saturday to report that the train had hit someone.
Officials are not yet releasing the names or ages of the two men killed.
