RAPID CITY, S.D. --  The State A Legion Baseball Tournament is winding to a close in Rapid City.  Semifinals were held this afternoon to decide who will play in tomorrow's championship finals.

In the early game Brandon Valley rallied to score three runs in the sixth and eliminate Sioux Falls West 3-2.

In the late game, undefeated Rapid City Post 22 busted out to an 8-0 lead through two innings.  Mitchell came back to score 5 in the bottom of the second, but couldn't complete the comeback, falling 14-10.

Rapid City will face Brandon Valley in the first championship game tomorrow at 2 PM CST.  Because Rapid City is undefeated Brandon Valley would have to defeat them twice.  If neccessary the second and decisive championship game will start at 6 PM CST.
