Court documents reveal the suspected mother of two fetuses found in a cooler on private property in Deuel County.
A search warrant and affidavit filed last week in Yellow Medicine County Minnesota identifies the suspect as 34 year-old Kelly Anderson, who currently lives in Clarkfield, Minn.
Anderson has denied the allegations to investigators.
The two term-fetuses were found in November 2012 by Anderson's brother on land owned by their aunt near Astoria, South Dakota.
Investigators received nine different leads on the case and six of them identified Anderson as a suspect.
Public tips included information stating Anderson appeared pregnant in 2009 and again in 2011, but had no baby to show for either apparent pregnancy.
During the executed search warrant, authorities confiscated computers, digital cameras, cell phones and a meth pipe.
Investigators also took a DNA sample from Anderson's cheek.
