Yotes Seek Consistency On Gridiron

Bookmark and Share

VERMILLION, S.D.  --  The Coyotes are also a week away from kickoff and getting the chance to wash away last year's bitter 1-10 record.

They say the only way to do that is to be more consistent.

The Coyotes were just a few plays from winning several more games a year ago.  USD lost five games by seven points or less.

Turning the ball over 16 times on offense and giving up a nearly 50 percent conversion rate on third down defense were just a few things that led to those narrow defeats.

USD opens with UC-Davis next Saturday at the Dakota Dome at 2 PM.
