Governor Dennis Daugaard is headed to Madison on Wednesday night for his second attempt at skydiving.
The governor and the owner of the Madison Dairy Queen were supposed to take the leap earlier this month, however unfavorable weather conditions caused Daugaard and Delon Mork to cancel the jump.
Daugaard promised to skydive if the Madison Dairy Queen sold 32,000 blizzards on Children's Miracle Network "Miracle Treat Day" on August 8th. The store ended up selling more than 38,000 blizzards.
The new skydive is scheduled for 6 p.m. at the Madison Municipal Airport.
