One man was injured in a one-vehicle crash Friday night in Sioux Falls.
According to the South Dakota Highway Patrol, the accident happened near Interstate 229 and Rice Street at around 9:30 p.m.
The patrol says the vehicle was heading north on Cleveland Avenue when it hit a curb. The driver over corrected causing him to lose control of the vehicle. The vehicle entered the ditch and rolled into the ravine.
While the vehicle was rolling the driver was ejected, pinning him under the vehicle.
Emergency personnel were able to free the driver and transported him to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The driver was not wearing a seat belt. Alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash.
