Bookmark and Share

It's an event in its second year aimed at raising awareness for the laws that protect the visually impaired on our roadways.

This weekend you can show your support by attending the White Cane March in Downtown Sioux Falls.

On Monday morning, Chelle Hart joined Phil and Laura to tell us more indepth about the event that takes place this Saturday.

Anyone is welcome to attend the march. The reading of the Mayor's White Cane Law Day Proclomation will begin at 10 a.m. at the 12th St. Plaza, followed by a march to the Downtown Public Library. A panel discussion on White Cane Day and White Cane Laws will take place at 11 a.m. in Library Room A.
