Tibbetts "Sleeping Well" On Blazers Staff!

Bookmark and Share

Nate Tibbetts name has been on the rise in NBA circles for some time.  And the former Coyote could be moving even closer to a head coaching position this year.

Tibbetts is in his first year as an assistant for the Portland Trailblazers, who come to the Target Center tomorrow night to face the Timberwolves.

Portland has been the surprise of the NBA, holding the best record in the league at 21-and-four.

A former Skyforce coach and assistant at Sioux Falls, Tibbetts was in the mix last year for the Cleveland head coaching job.

He wants to be the top man somewhere, but is quick to remember his dad Fred's advice.
