It's been almost a month since David Graham, Owner of the Oaks Hotel, announced plans to demolish the abandoned building and rebuild.
But this is what it looks it today, still standing on Russell Street.
The hotel closed at the end of 2008 and ever since the city says they've had problems with the homeless and others breaking into the building.
Mayor Mike Huether says it happened again this weekend.
Huether tells us the building will be torn down and that he has been talking to the owner.
"We are just going to continually call him every day. 'What's the status?' 'What's it looking like?' 'When is this going to happen?" said Mayor Mike Huether.
Huether says he does think Graham wants to get the project done and says the delay could be due to finance issues.
Graham was not available to comment.
