There will be 6 categories including talent, formal, traditional, tribal, and swimwear. Please bring a formal dress, traditional African wear, and a tribal outfit, and swimwear, makeup and shoes and your own accessories and jewelery if you wish.

This will be an event that has not taken place in the history of Sudanese immigrants in the United State of America. We are expecting 26 girls to represent the 26 States of the Republic of Sudan to compete for the title of Miss Universe. Our hope and dream is for the winner of this pageant to go on to represent Sudan in the Miss Africa and Miss Universe pageants.

The contest will include cultural dances, speeches, live performance by Sudanese and American entertainers, and the contestants competing for the Miss Sudan, USA’s title. The lucky girl who will win the Miss Sudan, America’s title will receive a crown as well as a fat check worth three digits.
