Federal prosecutors say a Wanblee man has pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter for a traffic accident and faces up to eight years in prison.
Chad Lee Doyle was accused of making an improper U-turn on a highway near Wanblee and hitting a pickup truck that was trying to pass him from behind. A passenger in the pickup was killed. Prosecutors said Doyle's blood-alcohol content was 0.15 percent, nearly twice the legal limit of 0.08 percent.
The 32-year-old Doyle will be sentenced in March.
