Daffodil Days is one of the American Cancer Society's oldest and most beloved fund raising programs.
This morning we spoke with Kristi Curl Mandsager, a volunteer with the American Cancer Society, about Daffodil Days.
For more than 35 years, the Daffodil Days program has empowered people to make a difference in the fight against cancer. The daffodil is one of the first flowers of spring and is thus, a symbol of hope in the fight against cancer. Donors have the opportunity each spring to send flowers to friends, family members and people touched by cancer.
