The Flavors of Spring and Summer: The Morning Show Interview

It's now officially springtime and while the weather is switching over from bitter cold to seasonably warm, certain flavors of the spring and summer are also starting to reappear.
Chef and Owner of the 3501 Aviation Cafe, Lance White, stopped in this morning to tell us more about the flavors of spring and summer popping into local kitchens and restaurants.
Chef White showed us a new twist on an old favorite. Chef White prepared us an roast beef sandwich on fresh focaccia bread, bright spring greens, provolone, and get this, a horseradish/sour cream spread. It was delicious!
