	Brother of Victim in Custody for Shooting by KDLT News June 04, 2011 5:05 PM The Sioux Falls police say a man is in custody, for shooting his brother. Kenneth durrah is charged with two counts of domestic aggravated assault. The shooting happened Wednesday evening near Spring Avenue and 6th Street. Police arrested Durrah thursday, after a tip from the landlord. Durrah had been sentenced Wednesday morning on charges of possession of a controlled substance and failure to appear. Officials say the 20-year-old victim is still in the hospital, but the extent of his injuries are unknown.
