CJ Wehrkamp, the owner and coach at the Sioux Falls Fit Body Boot Camp, says the last three months of the year are always the time people gain the most weight. Health and fitness seem to go by the wayside during the holidays, which can make it harder come New Years to get to the gym for your New Years Resolutions. Wehrkamp says starting a pattern of health now will help keep you on track throughout the colder months and throughout life.
Fit Body Boot Camp will have a new round of fall group classes beginning on October 10 call the Flab to Fab 21-Day Challenge. Classes are just 30 minutes, and FBBC provides nutrition and weight loss assistance as well.
