A man accused of murder is in trouble for making alcohol while behind bars; Jared Stone was in court Monday facing a charge of having unauthorized materials in jail. A class six felony that carries a maximum of two years in jail or a $4,000 fine or both.

Stone is currently behind bars waiting for his trial for the shooting and killing of Baptiste White Eyes outside of Lucky Lady Casino in April. Stone led authorities on a chase spanning five states over the course of about a week.

A jury trial is expected to take place for Stone in late November.
