SIOUX FALLS, S.D. -

Earlier this year, Bill Clinton came to the Sioux Empire to rally for his wife, Presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, now it's their daughter's turn.

Chelsea Clinton will visit Augustana University Wednesday evening campaigning on behalf of her mother.

For one Augie college group, that means a busy few days preparing.

The student ran group Augustana Democrats have been tasked with the job of getting people to the rally tomorrow.

Tonight the group held a watch party for the vice presidential debate, but during the day, all the focus went toward promoting Chelsea Clinton.

Augustana Democrats President Spencer O'Hara says since the University is filled with people of different races, backgrounds and religions, he believes this is a perfect spot for Chelsea to speak.

"It's going to be very great for Chelsea to showcase to those students her mother's message about how she is going to bring all that diversity together and how we're going to be stronger together.”

But first people need to arrive.

O'Hara says they've been making calls letting people know about the event, and seeing if they're willing to volunteer for it.

He says the response has been overwhelmingly positive.

"I think regardless of whether it's a democrat or a republican that's coming to campus, students are just very excited to see someone that is so close to Hilary Clinton that is a blood relative of not only Bill but Hilary coming to campus.”

The free event will be held in the Foreland Science Center.

Doors open at 4:45 p.m. with Chelsea slated to go on at 5:30 p.m. until 7 p.m.

But O'Hara says they're expecting a big crowd.

He says get there early, because there will likely be a line.
