2003 SDSU Women’s Basketball Team
In head Coach Aaron Johnston’s fourth year, his lady jacks compiled a
32-3 record, but win number 31 was one of the most memorable of
all-time.
SDSU’s was down by three points by little time remaining in the division
two national semifinals. Stacy Cizek hit the shot of a life-time, a
3-pointer that sent the game to overtime.
The Jacks wouldn't look back, and days later won the national
championship.
