VERMILLION, S.D. -

It'll be hard to ever forget the first win the Bob Nielson era at the University of South Dakota.

Despite twice trailing Weber State by 21 points, USD rallied in the fourth quarter to defeat the Wildcats 52-49 in double overtime in their Dakota Dome home opener on Saturday.

After a tough start, Chris Streveler had a big day, racking up 298 total yards of offense and six touchdowns, serving as an example of USD's (1-1) resilience.

The Coyotes visit former NCC rival North Dakota next Saturday at 4 PM.
