If the Ryder Cup atmosphere is unlike anything in golf, then the annual Key to the City game between Augustana and Sioux Falls is unlike anything in local college football.

And USF admits that might have hurt them in last year's loss.

Despite jumping out to a 14-0 lead and forcing four turnovers, Sioux Falls fell to Augustana 35-28 last year at Bob Young Field.

The win boosted the Vikings toward a playoff bid and marred what had been a perfect season for the Cougars.

The stakes are much the same this year with USF leading the NSIC at 4-0 and Augie desperate to win after their first loss last year.

The Coo hope their attitude is the difference this time.

The game kicks off Saturday at Kirkeby-Over Stadium at 1 PM.
