The Giles family is practically athletic royalty in Madison. And on Friday night their legend actually grew thanks to a pair of spectacular simultaneous quarterback performances from Josh and Jacob Giles.
Younger brother Josh got his first start for the defending 11A State Champions, going 7-14 for 151 yards and a touchdown pass in the Bulldogs 35-6 win at Dell Rapids.
Meanwhile in Mitchell, Jacob threw for 361 yards and four touchdowns to lead Dakota State to a 34-30 win at rival Dakota Wesleyan.
Look for these two to only get better since, as we found out on Thursday, the sibling rivalry helps push the Giles brothers!
