There is one bit of good news for local Minnesota Viking fans on the day that Teddy Bridgewater's injury dominated news.
Augustana alum C.J. Ham survived Minnesota's first round of roster cuts today. He's the second leading rusher in the preseason with 29 carries for 81 yards and a touchdown.
Final roster cuts will be made on September 3rd with all NFL rosters mandated to be down to 53.
Also surviving the first round of cuts were former Coyote Drew Iddings in Oakland and USF Cougar John Tidwell in Denver.
