Brandon Spinner, KDLT Chief Meteorologist

Is this the movie Ground Hog Day? It seems like we have the same weather over and over again. Friday was eerily similar to Thursday and sadly this is going to continue overnight into Saturday. Dense Fog Advisories are out for the I-29 corridor in effect until 9am on Saturday. From there things will continue to be gloomy with some rain and snow as we go about your Saturday.

Winds will say light on Saturday and clouds will continue to be an issue. Temperatures will stay well above normal with temperatures into the mid to upper 30s and low 40s in some spots. Not expecting much accumulation with this rain or snow. That will continue to be an issue to the northeast as we move into the evening on Saturday, but from there we will continue to see some more of that cloud cover for Sunday despite the lack of precipitation.

A little bit of clearing late into Sunday, but as we move into the day on Monday we will see a little bit more sunshine. Enjoy it, because that might be one of the only days during the week that we will see some sun.  From there things will get a little dicey with our next chance at snow moving in on Tuesday and with that we might need to break out the shovels. We will continue to keep you up to date with that threat as we move into the weekend, so stay with us!
