	Names Released In Fatal Accident Near Baltic by KDLT News December 07, 2012 4:53 PM We now know the names of those involved in a fatal two-vehicle crash near Baltic Thursday night. The crash happened at the intersection of 254th Street and 475th Avenue around 5 p.m. The Minnehaha County Sheriff’s Department says 50-year-old David Rohan of Hartford tried to cross traffic at a two-way stop sign. His vehicle was hit on the driver’s side door by a pickup truck driven by 49-year-old David Houska of Dell Rapids. Rohan was pronounced dead at the scene. Houska and his wife were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
