Shots Fired In SF Road Rage Incident

According to the Sioux Falls Police Department, officers responded to the area of 12th and LaMesa for an accident with a possible assault with a gun.
Police said two vehicles were swerving at each other for several blocks. The incident ended with one slamming on the brakes, causing the other to rear end it.
At least one shot was fired from inside the rear vehicle, through its windshield and lodged in the rear of the front vehicle.
The driver, 29 year old Matthew Wayne Leiss was lodged for reckless driving.
The driver of the rear vehicle, 23 year old Jessie Quarve, was lodged for DWI, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm while intoxicated. No one was injured in the exchange.
