Project To Make Voter Registration Process Easier

Some counties in South Dakota are taking action to make their voter registration process a little easier.
Tuesday at the Minnehaha County Commission, total vote, a project created by the secretary of state’s office was voted in favor of.
The project would take voter registration and store it electronically.Total vote would eliminate having to process voter registrations by hand.
County officials are hoping to have systems operational well before the next school board election in April.
