Top-ranked Roosevelt ran into a fiesty Washington team led by Ty Wiley who poured in (5) 3-pointers in the first half as the Warriors led most of the way. But the unbeaten Riders took control in the second half and went on to win 70-57 at the Washington gym. In Vermillion, the (8-1) Tanagers drew within 6 in the 2nd half against unbeaten and 2nd-ranked SF Christian. But the Chargers then pulled away for a 67-52 win. See the highlights.
