Northern State Sweeps Sioux Falls

ABERDEEN, S.D.-The Northern State men's and women's basketball teams beat visiting Sioux Falls on Saturday night.

The Northern State men beat Sioux Falls 74-60.  Northern State's Mack Arvidson and Collin Pryor (who hit 15 of his 17 free throws in the game) led all scorers with 17 each.  David Maxwell's 14 points led the way for the Cougars.

In the women's game Northern State rallied from a 25-24 down at half to defeat Sioux Falls 54-48.  Northern State's Alison Kusler led all scorers with 21 points and Rachel Krogman scored 18 points and grabbed 14 rebounds.  Bailey Bouman led the Coo with 14.
