	Convicted Sex Offender Back In Court by KDLT News February 01, 2013 6:35 PM A convicted sex offender was back in a Minnehaha County courtroom Friday. David Sukup admitted he moved and failed to let authorities know his new address. Back in 2009 Sukup pleaded guilty to second-degree rape. The victim was a mentally disabled woman, who the court found incapable of consenting. After his conviction, Sukup was required to let authorities know where he was living. He registered an address in Dell Rapids, but last fall authorities discovered he had moved to Sioux Falls. Sulup is scheduled to be sentenced in March; he could face up to two years in prison.
