BROOKINGS, S.D. -- With a firm grip on the top spot in the Summit League and a last place team in town the SDSU women could have let down.
Instead they played one of their best games of the season in beating Oakland 83-48.
The Jacks forced 22 turnovers, 15 of which were steals. On offense they dished out 27 assists.
"I think we had the kind of urgency that maybe we didn't have in our last game, and so that was good to see. I think obviously the stats are in our favor, and the score was in our favor. But the thing I was most pleased with and talked most about was just the urgency and effort that we played with." SDSU Coach Aaron Johnston said.
