Mitchell Man Arrested Again For Over 1 Pound Of Marijuana

Two Mitchell men were arrested Tuesday on a variety marijuana charges.

24-year-old Jared Jerome Nespor was arrested and charged with possession of greater than one pound of marijuana, possession of greater than one pound of marijuana with the intent to distribute and violation of a drug free zone.

18-year-old Casey Dwayne Nespor was also arrested and charged with possession of greater than 2 ounces of marijuana and distribution of greater than one ounce of marijuana.

Jared Nespor was arrested in January on other drug charges after over five pounds of marijuana and other drug paraphernalia was found at his home.

Jared Nespor faces up to 25 years in prison and up to a 50,000 dollar fine for the latest arrest.

Casey Nespor faces up to 7 years in prison and up to a 14,000 dollar fine.
