Bismarck police say a second suspect was charged Friday in the apparent slaying of a man who had recently moved to the city from Sioux Falls.
Twenty-year-old Joshua Clark was arrested Thursday and charged Friday with felony conspiracy to commit murder. His bond has been set at $1 million cash.
Authorities have already charged 25 year-old Theo Crowe with murder in the apparent death of 18 year-old John Swain. That charge is being dismissed in favor of a felony conspiracy to commit murder charge.
Swain was last seen in Bismarck in mid-May.
Authorities say a body was found Wednesday at a home owned by Crowe's grandmother in Poplar, Montana.
An autopsy is being conducted to determine whether it is Swain.
