Parkston & Alexandria Bound For Semifinals

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. --  Parkston and Alexandria each pulled off two run victories to set up a semfinal showdown in the State B Amateur Baseball Tournament at the Birdcage.

Alexandria defeated Larchwood 4-2.  Despite surrendering a 4-0 lead, Parkston held off Canova 7-5 in 11 inninings.

Alexandria and Parkston will meet in the semifinals tomorrow night at 7:30 for the right to play in the championship game on Sunday at two.  Dimock/Emery and Winner/Colome will play in the other semifinal at 1 PM.
