Canton edges Parkston for 11-B state title

Bookmark and Share

The Canton C-Hawks epitomize what a team is all about as they got contributions from a variety of players in winning the 11-B state title 201-4 against a very good parkston Trojan squad. This game was primarily a defensive strugle, but the Hawks took a 14-7 lead in the 3rd after Cody Majeres hit Gabe Dolen who took it close to the goal line. He finished the day with 97 yards rushing as Kniffen, Schreuers and Broughton all scored touchdowns.
